Very poor quality logo embroidering

This is not the logo I uploaded, my logo has no red on the crown, should all be black like all other 20+ orders I have placed. Where did this red come from? Where's quality control? It's "impossible" not to see something wrong, here the additional red, on this design. Not only was delivery extremely slow, the worse since ordering any product from vista print, it took a month to receive an item defective. Also, the curve on the waist showing on product picture is non existent, this is a men's shirt with a ladies tag. It's a shame!

women's polo looks nothing like advertised

The woman's polo shirt is a very thin fabric that is a large square shape, definitely a men's shirt. I ordered a medium, but judging by the shape, even a small would not work. The logo patch turned out really nice though.
