I'm 5'4' and 155 lbs and I ordered a Large. The fit is a little loose but I'm ok with that since I'd rather it be too loose vs too tight. I also get cold easily so I could wear a thin layer under it and use this shirt year-round whether I'm outside or sitting inside in the AC.
