Our record shows the artwork was unable to be embroidered as it didn't meet our embroidery guidelines - the design was too complex to be embroidered. An email was sent on May 17th advising of this and tips. For future reference, when creating a design for embroidery, please follow the tips below to get the best possible result for your embroidered products: 1. Large and clear graphics will render embroidery the best 2. Fonts should be at least 1/4" in height 3. Uploads with photos or gradients won’t come out great 4.
