We are sorry to hear about your deep disappointment with the polo shirt. This isn't the experience we aim to provide. To provide some clarity on the material, the Port Authority® Silk Touch™ Performance Polo is a lightweight 4 oz./yd² fabric, which explains why it is thin and may seem see-through. Regarding the uncomfortable backing on the inside of the embroidery, this is a temporary stabilizer added only to protect the fabric during the stitching process. It is designed to soften and will eventually fall off after a few washes. However, we understand that these technical points do not make up for your overall negative experience, especially with the sub-par stitching. We want to make this right for you.
