The shirt fabric is very thin but it doesn’t seem to be cheaply made. I think the thin fabric will lend itself quite well to keeping the wearer cooler than a heavy less breathable fabric. The quality of the embroidery is great.

Received the wrong type of shirt, I ordered a male shirt and received a female one. Once we notified VistaPrint they did offer to provide the correct shirt for us, however with a long lead time. Which delayed our employee from being able to attend business development meetings. Vistaprint stated they could not adjust or expedite the shirt printing.

Based on our review, we can see that a replacement was offered. For this particular polo, the fastest production and delivery timeframe available is approximately 3 weeks, so we were unfortunately unable to expedite the order further. We also saw that an alternate resolution was provided to help address the situation. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
