I ahve not recieved my order yet but I amaxcited ro see how they turned out. The procees has been painless and I really lolwbthevonline software used to customize the product.

They cannot do intricate embroidery work.

I ordered a polo shirt with a personalized embroidery logo. The polo shirt is great quality and color, BUT the logo is faded and the wrong colors! I reached out to Vista Print about the problem and they were very professional, looked up my order and agreed that my order proof and the shirt did not match and they would reorder it for me and send it immediately. They did and I just got it today....BUT the COLORS ARE FADED AND NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I WILL NOT be reordering from Vista Print again or recommending them. I don't understand why the PROOF I approve for the shirt design is correct, but the product received is NOT! TWICE!!
