We're sorry to hear that the shirt you received wasn’t the material you originally intended and that the lack of stretch made it less comfortable for you. Your feedback is truly helpful as we work to improve. It does sound like there may have been an issue with the embroidery compatibility and how the replacement garment was selected. To look into this further and address the embroidery concern properly, please get back to us by replying to this email with a few images of the polo shirt you received. Once we have those, we’ll be able to sort this out for you right away.
