Design is still incorrect even after replacement order.

First order came in and they cut off the "tagline" on my company logo. Looked okay but unfortunately that's not the logo. Vistaprint said the font was too small. I asked if they could just make the font taller to prevent it from going onto the next line. They showed me the proof and I approved it. Second order came in with the tagline added but it is now 2 rows of text. Again it looks okay but it is still not the logo. Multiple other managers have embroidered golf shirts and we have never had an issue getting the logo correct on any of them but vistaprint can't seem to figure it out. Also I noticed after the second order came in that part of the logo on both orders is a light blue when it should be green.
