I ordered a customized polo shirt from VistaPrint, and I was disappointed with the quality of what I received. Part of the polo has noticeable color fading, which makes it look worn and old even though it’s brand new. For a product that was supposed to represent my business, this is unacceptable. I’ve used VistaPrint in the past and usually had better experiences, so this was frustrating. When you order custom apparel, you expect the colors to be consistent and vibrant, not uneven or faded. I hope VistaPrint improves its quality control and ensures that items are properly checked before shipping. Customers deserve products that arrive in perfect condition, especially when they are customized and cannot easily be reused.
