Color not matched correctly

I uploaded my company logo, which is graded from yellow at the top to orange at the bottom. In the received product, a solid light yellow is used for the entire logo, which is not what I expected. If gradient colors cannot be supported, please say so up front - and give the option to specify an exact color via RGB code.

We appreciate you responding to the review. Please accept our apologies for any dissatisfaction caused by the logo being printed in one color. Sadly, our embroidery technology does not support gradient. This information is shown as a pop-up in the edit studio, however, we will share your feedback with the team, to see if this warning can be shown elsewhere on the website. Additionally, the thread colors for embroidery is preset and only those colors can be selected from. We have taken action on your account to make up for this, and a follow-up email will be sent to with further details. We trust this will be helpful.
