The design didn’t have the original colors. I spoke through the chat, and they weren’t able to help me correct it.

As embroidery has certain production limitations, we recommend avoiding fine details, color gradients, or intricate patterns in future designs, as these do not always translate well to thread and may affect the final appearance of the artwork.
