Poor quality stitching, great shirt

The quality of the starting shirt is good, really like the look and feel. The stitching from Vistaprint is poor. There were several loose threads that made the logo look sloppy. They attached a cloth backing material inside to support the stitching and it is very big and bulky. You can see it from the front when wearing the shirt. Support said the material can be torn away. It cannot. I tried several times and pulled so hard I almost ripped the shirt. The shirts are unusable. I have seen much better quality from other suppliers.
