Upon reviewing your order, we wanted to provide some context on the design's appearance. The maximum print area for our Polo Shirts is 4" x 4". The specific design file uploaded for this order was actually smaller than those dimensions, which resulted in the final print appearing smaller than the available space. Furthermore, because the logo includes intricate details, printing them at this smaller scale significantly affects the overall visibility and "pop" of the design. Regarding the credit you received, we’ve checked your account and can confirm that the $50 discount was actually processed in relation to your T-shirt order, rather than the Polos. We want to make sure you have a Polo you’re actually happy to wear. Could you please respond to this email and let us know if you are willing to update the logo (perhaps by simplifying the details or enlarging the file)? Once we have your confirmation, we’d be more than glad to work on a resolution to get this right for you.
