Upon reviewing your order, we wanted to provide some context on the design's appearance. The maximum print area for our Polo Shirts is 4" x 4". The specific design file uploaded for this order was actually smaller than those dimensions, which resulted in the final print appearing smaller than the available space. Furthermore, because the logo includes intricate details, printing them at this smaller scale significantly affects the overall visibility and "pop" of the design. Regarding the credit you received, we’ve checked your account and can confirm that the $50 discount was actually processed in relation to your T-shirt order, rather than the Polos. We want to make sure you have a Polo you’re actually happy to wear.
