Great Sweatshirt, but Crooked Embroidery

United StatesOverall, I’m extremely happy with my Vistaprint orders. The business cards, flyers, and car magnets have been great. The sweatshirt fits very well, the fabric feels wonderful, and the quality of the sweatshirt itself is excellent.
My only disappointment is the embroidery. The logo is crooked, with “Wel” noticeably more crooked than “Fetch,” and the stitching is pulling and puckering the fabric. I need this sweatshirt right away for my business, which makes this especially frustrating.
Please arrange a replacement at no additional cost, with the embroidery corrected and checked before shipping, and expedite delivery. I’d really appreciate your help getting this resolved quickly and confirming the earliest delivery date.

I ordered the Oatmeal Heather and love the color! It’s exactly what I expected, and the embroidery looks beautiful against it. The material feels nice, and the sweatshirt is very comfortable and well made. It looks polished enough for work while still feeling cozy. The unisex cut gives it a slightly relaxed fit on women. It looked huge on the hanger but wasn’t nearly as oversized once I put it on. It runs a tiny bit small, so I would size up if you prefer more room. A great option for branded clothing that you’ll actually want to wear!

The sweatshirt is thick while not being overly heavy. The embroidery is incredibly well done and has a premium feel to it. We did a small run to test it but we'll definitely do more shirts like this for swag in the future
