Cozy but stinks

The sweater material is cozy, lightweight, and comfortable. It fits well and the embroidery turned out well. But I cannot get over how terrible the zipper smells. Even after 2 washes, there's an overwhelming metallic stench.

This is not the experience we want for our customers. The presence of a lingering metallic smell from the zipper, along with any unusual odor in the cloth material, will be reported to our production team for further investigation.
