I ordered this sweatshirt, with a silkscreen of the cover of my novel, for my granddaughter. She went nuts! The size was great (she's an 8, the 10 has room to grow but is totally wearable now). The purple is a true purply purple, and the image came out crystal clear and perfectly centered. I've been using Vistaprint for years and have never been disappointed.

The hoodie itself is great. The imprint is heat press, which is fine, but the coloring is very dull. The red is dark and dull. We are pleased with the product, but will likely go another route for any future orders.

The finished product looks nothing like the preview, the closest is XS. alive attached pictures of the product and a screenshot of the preview. Also a pic of an XL and XS side by side. I needed these for a December 3rd event. Disappointed, I'll be calling in the morning

We consider it a printing issue that can be resolved by reprinting at no additional cost. And to make sure that this will be corrected this time, we have re-uploaded your design as one image. Size Chart is off

We ordered two sweaters as Christmas gifts and we measured like they said to do on the size chart. The sweaters do not fit and the sizing is completely off. I had sad children on Christmas :(
