Broken Zipper - I can't wear this

I tried this on and felt it was just a little small for the size, but it was okay. So, I washed it with the zipper up as I should have. I put it on this morning and after I zipped it, the bottom half of the zipper separated. I struggled to get the zipper back down. I carefully made sure to put the bottom of the zipper together properly and zipped it again. The zipper separated again. I pulled it over my head and will never be able to wear this again.
