I ordered three items from Vistaprint. This item and two others. All three had the wrong color logo. After receiving the first two with the wrong color I contacted them and they replaced them with a different color thread on the logo. Not a perfect match to our logo as it seems the thread colors are limited for embroidery. The third item was supposed to be caught before sending it out but it was not. I again called and they are sending a new version at no cost with the corrected logo. The service in replacing the items was great. I just wished that the colors online matched the actual color of thread you use. Magenta is more like hot pink and not the purple color shown online. Be aware of this if you have different colored logos. Having said that the service and their response to correct the issue is why I still the review. What the thread colors lacked they made up in service.

Product is better than I could’ve ever imagined! Fit perfectly! Logo and material is top quality!

This was the perfect gift for my father in-law who started his own business! 10/10 would get something like this in the future for any small business owners just starting out!
