Printer Ran out of Ink - Not Quality Checked

Hello,
I just received my order, and the sweater is clearly defective. The print looks like the printer ran out of ink—it’s blotchy and uneven—and there are visible stains on the front of the sweater.
This item is not in acceptable condition and does not match the quality shown on your website. I’m requesting either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to me.
Please let me know the next steps to resolve this as soon as possible.

Runs a size small. Definitely get a size bigger than you need. 80% cotton 20% polyester. Its kinda stiff in my personal opinion, but my staff loves them. So I call that a win.
