I ordered this hoodie for my wife. While I was able to get updates on the progress of the other items in the order, I could not get any updates for this one. Package finally showed up. The wife was excited to wear it. I opened the bag to show her, and it’s just blank. It was just a plain hoodie like I could have got at WalMart. I reported the problem to Vista Print. I was told they would send one with the correct design, but it’s going on past 2 weeks and I haven’t received anything. No update on progress of order, or no package yet. I’m very disappointed. How do you send out a plain hoodie for one that is supposed to have a logo. Do you not check your merchandise at all? There was only 1 hoodie ordered, how do you send it blank?
