Overall I’m really happy with the way my design turned out. The editing features were really helpful to finalize the design too! The design is ever so slightly curved due to a printing error, but honestly it’s not very noticeable and I’m so happy with the detail of the design that I don’t mind!

I ordered this hoodie for my wife. While I was able to get updates on the progress of the other items in the order, I could not get any updates for this one. Package finally showed up. The wife was excited to wear it. I opened the bag to show her, and it’s just blank. It was just a plain hoodie like I could have got at WalMart. I reported the problem to Vista Print. I was told they would send one with the correct design, but it’s going on past 2 weeks and I haven’t received anything. No update on progress of order, or no package yet. I’m very disappointed. How do you send out a plain hoodie for one that is supposed to have a logo. Do you not check your merchandise at all? There was only 1 hoodie ordered, how do you send it blank?
