Both of these details were displayed on the online previews and PDF proofs prior to checkout; however, the order was submitted with those settings intact. While we do perform spot quality checks in our facilities, our quality team can only physically review a small sample out of the thousands of orders fulfilled daily. Additionally, our printing process is fully automated, meaning our system prints artwork files exactly as approved at checkout. Reviewing and approving the online previews serves as the final confirmation before an order enters production. However, as a one-time courtesy, we have adjusted your design files and processed a free replacement order for both items under your original order number. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your replacement ships out. Please feel free to keep, dispose of, or recycle the original items you received.
