We would like to clarify that our Gildan Softstyle Unisex T-Shirt is not designed to have a wider neck opening. Instead, it features a narrow-width, rib collar (typically a 3/4-inch or 5/8-inch non-topstitched collar) designed with a tighter, more modern Euro-style fit that is meant to hug closer to the base of the neck compared to traditional, boxier heavy-cotton shirts. If the shirt you received feels stretched or noticeably wide, there may have been a manufacturing variation. Could you please reply directly to this email and share a few clear photos of the shirts received showing the neck area when worn?
