We're very sorry to hear that your print was not in the area required and can understand your disappointment. In reviewing the account we're seeing that the design was not placed in the correct position and so the print was done further down. As a courtesy, we've made the necessary changes to the shirts and have processed a free replacement for the product that you should receive soon.
