Upon checking on your artwork, with the help of a PDF proof, the logo details were aligned, and everything looks great. We considered this as a production issue that can be resolved by replacing the item. However, since you mentioned that 'white doesn't look good on the blue shirt', we think it is better to offer another shirt color option for you.
