Thank you for sharing your feedback — we understand how disappointing it can be when the final print doesn’t match your expectations. Upon checking, we found that the image you uploaded was not a proper vector file. Even though the background appeared as a checkered pattern, it was actually included as part of the file and not a transparency grid, which is why it printed with the background color. This detail was also visible in the preview, and proceeding with the order meant the design was approved as shown. For future orders, we recommend carefully reviewing the preview and using the correct file format (such as a true vector file) to ensure the final print meets your needs.
