Missing the back design
Oct 6, 2026 | Nichole J. | United States United States
I don’t know how the back design got missed. I edited the back several times and the shirt cost more than the other shirt I purchased with a front and back design. The front design seems small for a front design. The other shirt I purchased was better than I expected with a fast delivery.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your review with us. We acknowledge your feedback and are glad to hear that you were happy with the fast delivery and quality of your other T-shirt, though we are truly sorry for the confusion and disappointment regarding your District® Soft-Touch Women's T-shirt. Upon checking your order details, we can confirm that the District® Soft-Touch Women's T-shirt was processed with the backside blank. You can verify the specific design and options selected for that item by visiting your Order History & Reorder page in your VistaPrint account. To help make things right, we have already added a new version of the shirt with your backside print included directly to your cart, and we have taken the necessary action regarding your order to resolve this for you. We have sent a separate email with all the further details. Thank you again for your business, and please let us know if you need any additional assistance.

The logo is slightly off center. Ordered 3 shirts and all appear the same. Not very noticeable but I like perfection;) Tshirt is great quality and I love the fit. This was my second order of this shirt but for different organization. My first order was perfect.
