We've ordered from Vista Print on multiple occasions. Pens, shirts, hats, business cards, etc. Every single time they have delivered top quality products. I've never had to initiate contact with customer service. In all of my orders, I have only ever had one issue and it was a sizing issue on one single product. Before I could even contact them, they were already checking on my delivery and the order quality via email. I told them everything was absolutely wonderful, but I was surprised that a child's size small shirt fit like a woman's size small shirt. Before even answering my email, they reordered the shirt in a smaller size for me- for no extra cost. I've never been so pleasantly apprised when it comes to customer service.

It was nice, but the white fabric had a black barcode on it that didn’t wash out

Always a good job. The only thing I don't like is having to embroider some of my logo's. Not sure why some you have to embroider and some you you just print on the shirt.
