I bought a shirt for my wife which came out great. My polo that I wanted embroidered came out not so great. The embroidery on it is so puckered that it looks noticeably bad. I am in the middle of my filming and it looks very bad on the videos. I wanted a company shirt for my videos and only ordered the one. How can we make this right?

After reviewing the photos, we can clearly see the puckering around the embroidered area, and we understand how disappointing this must be—especially since you ordered the shirt specifically for your company videos.
To make this right, we'd be happy to arrange a complimentary replacement for your embroidered polo. Before we proceed, we'd just like to confirm that you're happy for us to process the replacement using the same design and shipping address from your original order.
