Horrible experience

I placed an order for two different shirt colors and two different logos, one of which was white and red to be printed on blue shirts and the other was a black and red logo to be printed on white shirts. The order was not only 6 days late (and only even processed because I called to complain and hadn't I called, the shirts would never have been made) but they printed the white and blue logo on white shirts, so you couldn't even read the logo. Why did no staffer catch this and notice you couldn't read it? Also, the wrong shirt sizes were sent so even if the wrong logo wasn't used I still would have had problems with the order. Customer service follow up has been terrible and I don't know that I can trust VistaPrint again. I've tried to get the problematic order fixed and am still waiting. Going to take 8 days to correct things and get it to me, and they are refusing to discount my order for the multiple problems I have had. Should have used CustomInk and will try them next time.

The quality of the shirts is good, but where they had me place the logo is too low and big on the shirt.

Printing is Excellent . . . however, . . .

The shirts are great, and the printing is excellent. However, one of the shirts has an incomplete 2-inch seam between the bodice and the sleeve. Obviously, I can't wear it the way it is, and I don't know whether to return the shirt or try to mend the seam. I'm not a seamstress, so mending may be a questionable solution. I'm bummed, because I love the way the printing turned out.
