To delete your account, please follow these steps:
- Go to My Account.
- Click Account Settings.
- Click Security.
- Click Start process (next to Delete account).
- Select a reason for the account deletion.
- Click Delete account to confirm the account deletion.
- A confirmation message is displayed and we will send you an email confirmation that we have received your request.
Please note that:
- Deleting your account is a permanent change and cannot be reversed.
- The deletion process may take up to 30 days.
- You will be contacted via email if we encounter any issues while processing the request.
- We may be required by law to keep certain information (for example, records of transactions or shipments) and we may still retain anonymous information. We will also keep a record of the deletion request.
- If you have any outstanding subscriptions or orders, you will be asked to cancel them before your account can be deleted.
Additionally, we ask that you please log out of your account on all devices using any of the Vista signature services after submitting your deletion request.
