No. Size selection is one of the first steps when you select a product to customize. There is no option to change the size while reordering a product. You must re-create your product from scratch and select a different size.
Printed textile products such as T-shirts and polo shirts are an exception. Here, as shown in the image, you can order the products in other sizes without changing the design.
