Go to your Order History

Open My Account, then select Order History & Reorder.

Select the order

By the order you want to update, select Order Details to open the order. 

Update the delivery address

Under Delivery Address, select Change. Change the address to the new address, then choose Update.

Note that you can’t change the destination country. If the change affects taxes, the address can’t be updated.

Review and confirm

Check the details of your change, then select the check box to confirm you understand the request may not be approved. Select Update address to continue.

Wait for confirmation

You’ll receive an email confirming that your request is being processed. Once the request has been processed, we'll email you to confirm if we were able to change the address.
