Yes, usually, as long as your item has not shipped, you can request to cancel it. While we will attempt to cancel your item, submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee it will be canceled.
We recommend using the order support flow when canceling an order. This allows you to solve basic issues on your own and easily request help from our specialists for more complicated issues.
To cancel your order using the order flow, follow these steps:

Go to the Help Center and locate the Need help with a recent order? Start here section.
Note: You will need to sign in to view your orders.

Select an Order: If you are already logged in, you will be able to select an order.

Choose I want to cancel my order: Select I want to cancel my order from the options presented.

Select Products to Cancel: You will be asked to select which products to cancel. To cancel the entire order, tick the Select all products box.

Select a Compensation Method: Choose your preferred resolution: Vista store credit (merchandise credit) or Refund, and then click Continue to the next step.

Review and Submit: Review the details of your request and ensure everything is correct. Click Submit request.

Confirmation: You will see a confirmation screen indicating that your request has been submitted. If the order can be canceled, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
You will receive 3 emails during the cancellation request process:

"Order update: Cancellation request received," indicates we have received your cancellation request.

"Order update: Your items have been canceled," indicates if the cancellation of your items was successful.

"Order update: Your refund is on the way," indicates if your requested refund has been issued.
Additional Tip:
You might not see the Cancel button if:

Your item has already shipped or was canceled earlier.

The order was paid for with credits.

The order has already been refunded.

This type of product can’t be canceled.
