We sincerely apologize that the QR code on your 1" stickers did not turn out as legible as expected. We understand how disappointing this must be, especially when the proof appeared acceptable. That said, we print submitted designs as provided and do not make changes to artwork or generate alerts regarding design elements that may be difficult to read at a selected size. For future orders, there are more than 15 larger sticker size options available that may be better suited for QR codes and other detailed designs.
