2-Day Postcards Templates

Ordered leave behind cards for centerpanel. com/rvcard on short notice and they actually arrived a day early! I was able to take them on a trip and leave several at the Myrtle Beach Travel Park.

I left it far too late to order postcards to hand out at an event. Vistaprint came to my rescue! I used a template, but it wasn't available with the background color I wanted. I was able to customize it by adding a photo – a square of the color I needed – and expanding the photo to fit the right-hand side of the card. For a dark background with white writing, the smallest size font I used was 10pt. On the back, I used 9pt, black on white. Both came out clearly, with no bleeding into the background, and were very easy to read. This was a budget option for me, so I didn't pay extra for any special finishes, but the standard paper was fine. A note of caution: Don't necessarily trust the colors in the project or previews. I used the hex code of the color I wanted. It was alarmingly bright in the working project, then a lot duller in the PDF preview I downloaded. The actual postcards came out a little brighter than the PDF preview, but nowhere near as bright as the working project had appeared (see my photos for what I mean). I'm very happy with the way the color came out for the postcards, but if you need a very specific color for your brand, just be aware that you might not get a perfect match. All in all, these postcards came out very well. Thanks to Vistaprint, I had the cards I needed, a couple of days before the event. I'm now working on ordering some business cards to match!
