The biggest difference between Z-fold and tri-fold brochures is the way they’re folded. Z-fold brochures form a zigzag, while the two outer flaps of a tri-fold brochure fold in on each other. Both have 3 panels and offer 6 designable surfaces, but we have more sizes available for tri-fold brochures.
