Weird Change, Wrong Sized Print

For the first time in the past four years rhat I've been using VistaPrint, I received the wrong sized item. I purchase door hangers for my book table (I'm an author), and there's only been one size. Until now. I clicked on my previous order to purchase a new set, and my order was shipped in a smaller size (think hotel door hanger). Imagine how upset I was, having to wait an additional two weeks for items that I ordered over a month before my next vendor event. Luckily, I was able to get a refund with some wiggle room. The only issue I have at this point is VistaPrint's lack of transparency with my purchase. Plainly, they don't let you see the dimensions of your order AFTER you select your choice. That's a big problem. I may have caught the issue before it went to print, if I'd know the system defaulted my order to the smallest size. Other items cane through with no problem, but it's time to ensure customers are getting what they requested by showing the information AFTER the order has been submitted.
