For a Symposium, we're thinking of having a placement that serves multiple purposes. One side May be the menu with a recipe and information about nutritional value of some lunch and snack items. The opposite side will be information about the agenda and available sponsor representatives. I wanted to know if the placemats would be strong enough and not show bleed through.
