Our flat pouch project turned out better than we expected! Templates were easy to follow, ordering was a breeze, and the printed pieces arrived a day early. We are extremely pleased with the quality and the service.

Ordered 1k pouches. First they didn't come for two weeks. Once they arrived, apparently the printer couldn't figure out how to align the mylar. the pouches were to be solid matte white. On Most all the pouches there was a silver line down the side where the white ended. then on half of them they had that silver line, and the top of the pouch had an additional silver line. We received the order sheet with the order. It's sad that someone actually signed off on it. . . . . I couldn't believe how sub par they were. I will never order anything from here again. When I spoke with them on the phone I was to get an email so I could send them pictures of the order, and they couldn't even send me an email correctly. I had to call back in again and they just refunded my order. Some peoples business are their lifelines. . . Apparently VP doesn't care about customers.
