All our custom pouches are printed and shipped open at the top. While many of our stand-up pouches feature a resealable zipper for consumers to use after opening, business owners still need to use a manual impulse heat sealer to secure the top before filling and shipping. This keeps contents protected from the elements and prevents damage in transit.
That depends on what you're packing and how you want it displayed. Keep in mind that all listed dimensions are for the pouch exterior – interior fill space is slightly smaller once you account for zipper closures, sealing margins and tear notches. Our custom pouches support full-color printing, including gradients, so you can bring your brand colors to life exactly as you imagine. For the sharpest results, we recommend uploading logo files as high-resolution PNG, JPEG, PDF or vector (AI/EPS) formats at 300 DPI or higher. When it comes to logo placement, keep key design elements centered within the safe margins on the front and back panels. They should be situated away from seams, zippers and edges where printing may be affected by the pouch's shape.
Yes. Our custom printed pouch bags support edge-to-edge pouch printing on both the front and back. To keep your design crisp, we recommend staying within the safe margins shown in your proof. Also, please note that the finish you choose will affect how your colors appear: matte finishes tend to soften and mute colors slightly, while glossy finishes reflect more light and make colors appear brighter and more saturated.
