Initially, I had ordered a custom sample lock-bottom box for my small business. When the day came for it to arrive, I never received it so I waited a couple of more days and still nothing. Upon further investigation I came to the conclusion that it was lost during transportation because it was still at the destination facility. I called customer service to inquire about the lost item and they took care of me and sent out another sample which arrived very quickly! The person helping me was very professional and made the replacement process very easy.
