The boxes come flat-packed but assembled. Simply unflatten the boxes to make them stand up, then tuck both ends in to close the box. See above for a step-by-step assembly video.
If you're worried about your goods being damaged, you can pad the book mailer boxes. Depending on how much space there is, you can use different materials to help protect your product. If there's a little space around the product, you can wrap it in bubble wrap or fill the space with tissue paper. If there's lots of space, packing peanuts or shredded paper or cardboard will offer cushioning inside. You can also add a fragile label to the box once you've sealed it with our water-activated tape or poly tape.

Our book boxes are made from 50% recycled cardboard, so you should be able to put them in your regular cardboard recycling – though it's always worth checking your local council guidelines. Just remember to empty them out and break them down.
