Easy to seal & deliver

No water or glue required, our high-strength, polypropylene self-adhesive tape rolls are easy to use and will bond to paper or flexible pouches, mailers boxes and more. Available in your choice of white and clear plastic.

An unboxing experience

To get started, select the tape length and material that best works for you. If you want your background to extend fully to all the edges, otherwise known as full-bleed artwork, select full bleed printing. Full bleed printing is available in quantities of 4 to avoid a 1/32" white line at the top and bottom of your design. If you prefer not to have full-bleed printing, please select the non-full-bleed option where a minimum order quantity of 2 is available. Then customize your logo or image in our design studio to create a tape that will look great on your product package (and in the mail). We’ll have your tape delivered right to your door.

Application Guide

You can easily apply your tape by following these steps:

  1. MEASURE & CUT Measure the tape to your desired length, then cut using a pair of scissors.

  2. APPLY Now that the tape is cut, carefully apply the tape until it bonds to your box or envelope.

The print on the packing tape is better than I anticipated. The adhesion seems to work well with plastic mailer bags, though I have yet to try its strength on cardboard boxes. Strength of adhesion aside, the tape has elevated my packing game, and I love how it looks!

The tape is thinner than expected and it creases on itself when sealinf up packages and rips at an angle once cut.

Frequently asked questions

Repeat length is the distance from the beginning of the impression like your text logo or image, to the beginning of the same impression. Our branded packaging tape repeat length is 3". Look at our Size Chart section to compare how this will look on your packaging tape.

Our 165' tape will seal about 200 packages and our 330' tape will seal about 400 packages.

Our custom packaging tape is suitable for sealing packages up to 45 lbs.

For the best results, apply the tape in temperatures between 14 and 86 degrees Fahrenheit.

If you want your background to extend fully to all the edges, otherwise known as full-bleed artwork, you need to select 4 rolls for your quantity. Ordering less than multiples of 4 rolls will leave a 1/32" white margin at the top and bottom of your design. All non-full bleed artwork can order 2 rolls.
