Not sure which ribbon to pick? It really comes down to what you're using it for. Satin brings a smooth, glossy sheen that feels right for weddings, gift wrapping and luxury or boutique packaging. Grosgrain brings a ribbed, textured look that's built for corporate branding and retail merchandising. Then there's width and length to think about – go narrower for favor bags and small packaging accents, or wider to give your logo room to shine. A 2-yard roll is usually plenty for smaller projects, while retail packaging or bigger events call for the 6-yard or 10-yard option. Printing is single-sided, so your design appears on one side of the ribbon.
Design with confidence & ease
Designing your personalized ribbon is easier than you'd think. Our online design tool lets you upload logos, pick fonts and colors and preview everything before you commit. For the best results, go with a high-resolution vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) and keep your logo or text inside the safe margin lines so nothing gets cut off or shrunk. You'll also pick a design repetition length between 3" and 12" – shorter repeats work great for smaller logos or short text, longer ones give bigger designs room to breathe. There's no minimum order, so grab a couple rolls for a small project or stock up for a big one. Once your design's locked in, we'll get it into production within 3 business days and ship it in the length you picked.

The design repetition length refers to the spacing between your custom design element (like a logo or text) on the ribbon. You can choose a repetition length of 3" to 12", depending on how you want your design to appear. Currently, our custom ribbon printing process allows for printing on one side only. However, this single-sided printing still creates an impactful personalized touch.
Your custom ribbon will be conveniently shipped in rolls. You can choose from 2-yard, 6-yard or 10-yard lengths to suit your project needs.
Once you've designed your perfect ribbon, we'll get it into production quickly. Your custom ribbon will be printed within 3 business days, and then you can choose 3-, 6- or 8-business day shipping at checkout.
