We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with the poster calendars and understand how frustrating it must have been to receive the prints without the calendar layout you expected. We certainly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The design was printed as it was submitted. After reviewing the order, it appears that the calendar portion of the template was replaced during the design process when the image was uploaded, which resulted in the final file displaying only the photo. The calendar layout normally requires customization within the template to ensure the dates and grid remain in place along with the uploaded image. We would still like to help make this right. If you can reply with the calendar template or layout you would like to use, we will gladly assist in setting it up correctly and arrange a courtesy replacement for you.
