Selecting the carbon etch finish, almost looks like black specs are glued to the etch surfaces. This makes the etched area like sand paper. Would not recommend the carbon finish.

The glasses are great. But the design tool is NOT accurate. I centered the logo not in the box Vista provided but based off the photo and the LOGO came back finished too high.

As I am I growing as business, I have been trying a lot of different VistaPrint products to see which ones I will give as gifts to great customers and also debated having an online store with merch.
This product was in of those products that I will be definitely giving as a gift in the future! It is a well made glass and the etching was done well. The branding really stands out, in an understated, subtle way and will be a useful gift to my future clients.

I've used Vista print various times in the past with success however this experience was a total failure. I ordered personalized items for pregnancy announcement and it was a total flop. I ordered glasses with back and front imprint and they misprinted and omitted the entire rear printing of the order. I also paid for expedited shipping so there was not enough time to reorder. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED. However as I said, I've used in the past and had great results but this was a total bust.
