Photo book looks nice but is too expensive

I like to try different companies who print photo books. I decided to try vista print mostly because of the advertised AI tool. I really did like their AI tool, it did a good job of laying out an initial layout and then I did some tweaking. The book came out ok, bright colors, I feel like sharpness could have been better. When I was ready to print the book, I was going to use a 40% off coupon they had but kept getting error messages. Their customer service rep told me they were having technical difficulties and to try again in a few day days. It did work the day after the 40% off coupon expired , not sure if coincidence or not. Overall, with only a 20% discount, the book was way too expensive. By that time I had so much time invested and didn’t want to restart the book on another platform. I will probably not print more photo books with them, mainly due to the price point.

You know the product is excellent when a book can withstand hands of a six-year-old and a four- year-old child. My friends have asked who I use as my printer because of your quality. I appreciated your help service when I had difficulty downloading my last book! I will continue to use your company for future books. If I had any suggestion I would ask for a product available to copyright and publish books.
