The color printing is a real bummer

My design had white outlining on black lettering that looked nice in the previews, but the outlines were blurred and almost non-existent on the final product so lettering was hard to make out on coolers with dark backgrounds. The previews showed the chosen background colors along the bottom of the can, so I figured that the bottom would have that color. Referring to the background color as a "substrate color" during the ordering process further enforces the notion that the whole surface of the cooler material will have that color. However, that background color only gets printed on the front of the cooler; the back and bottom will be white. Additionally, the printed background colors are not true to the previews. The only thing keeping these things from being a total waste is that the foam is dense and feels nice.

Misleading design

I designed this can cooler with a black background design and it came as a white cooler with an awkward black block on one side. The way you design it should be more clear as the image showed all black so I assumed the cooler would be all black. Or offer an all-black cooler. Would not order these again.
