I was really surprised by the poor quality of this item that I ordered from Vistaprint. I’ve been ordering products from Vistaprint for many years, and have always been impressed with the quality. This time, I was greatly disappointed. The cups themselves are thin and flimsy. I expected my logo to be printed directly onto the cups, but received an inferior quality sticker slapped on the side. They cannot be washed in a dishwasher, and won’t even withstand several handwashings. I reviewed my design before I submitted, and I thought it looked great. The final product was nothing like the proof. The proof was oblong/oval shaped, and the final print was round. The design was warped. The true upside is the fantastic customer service at Vistaprint. I called right away, and the representative was extremely helpful and refunded my purchase after examining both the proof, and the photo that I had taken of the end result. I have always found this with Vistaprint. Whether it is someone offering help with design, or troubleshooting when something goes wrong. Top notch customer service. This will keep me coming back!

Our custom stadium cups came out perfectly. We are extremely satisfied with the quality and production of them. Would highly recommend purchasing this product from Vistaprint!

The stadium cups with our logo turned out perfect! The colors are correct and the final product looks just as the proof did.

The cups are basic quality, and the logo looks ok on them. One of our team members put one in the top rack of a dishwasher and she said the logo came off. Will look into some other promotional item next order.
