Cup was perfect but the logo was so much smaller than I had imagined. Not in ratio to the cup size at all and the logo was maxed out as far as I could get it.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We're pleased to hear that you're happy with the quality of the cups ordered and are sorry the size of the logo was smaller than expected. In reviewing the account, we're seeing that the logo could only fit as wide as 2 inches based on its orientation. Rotating the logo to have it vertical would have made the print larger and fill the print area. We've saved this update on the product for you to view and order more in the future if required.
Terrible quality

United StatesYou can’t even read anything on it and print is absolutely horrible quality I would never hand these out to a customer!!
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We’re sorry to hear that the print quality didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it is when the text on your cup is difficult to read. The design’s colors may not provide enough contrast, and the font may be too small to remain legible when printed. We recommend adjusting the colors and increasing the font size before reprinting to improve readability. If you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Support team directly at: https://www.vistaprint.com/customer-care/help-center/. We’re here to help!

Vista Print has always treated me right. They have great quality control and if there is an issue before it goes to print they will notify you. If there is any issue with the product they mail to you they have no problem with refunding store credit but rarely have I needed that as most of the products I receive are in great condition. Incredible selection and fast shipping.
