Really think they could have put the logo larger… and packaging is crappy to say the least. .

We’d like to clarify that due to the curved surface of mugs, QR codes may not scan properly once printed—this is a common limitation with curved items. Additionally, we noticed that the QR code included in your design was less than half an inch in size, which is generally too small to scan reliably. For best results on future orders, we recommend testing the scannability of the QR code directly from the preview screen before submitting your design. This helps ensure it will function as intended once printed. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope this helps with your future projects.
