The logo was printed so clear, the proof matched exactly, I was worried at first it may not come through as clear, but it did, and wow, they are perfect! The quality of the mug looks good too, the colors of black/red are nice. While the emails for tracking were inconsistent on delivery date, they arrived before our deadline, so I was thrilled about that. Overall 5 stars, I plan to recommend to other clients.
