Just received these and the inside of the mug is white, not black. 4 stars because Vistaprint is making it right and the product feels good in the hand. It just isn't black inside and out, which is what I wanted.

We ordered 100 of these mugs with our logo to give to donors and supporters of our foundation at an event. We've had numerous reports that the logo flaked off immediately on first time being hand washed. The ones we took home as staff all did the same thing, one without even being washed, just rinsed in the sink. This was an embarrassing and frustrating experience for our organization.
