I’m extremely disappointed with this order. After receiving the cups, I realized the logos on all of them are noticeably off-center—a basic quality-control issue that should have been caught before shipping. Unfortunately, because this was a last-minute situation, I had no choice but to use about 10 of the cups, despite the poor placement.
I expected a professional, polished product, and these simply did not meet that standard. I’m hoping VistaPrint will take responsibility and offer a refund, credit, or appropriate resolution for the defective order.
